Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat. Coat the chicken with cornstarch or cornmeal.
2. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add this spice paste and fry for another 2 minutes.
3. Add the wine and stir-fry until the meat is cooked. Mix in the nuts. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
