Noodles soba buckwheat
Ingredients: wheat flour 78% , buckwheat flour 20%, salt, water.
Cooking direction: Bring the Soba noodle to a boil in 150ml water and stir well. When the water comes to the boil, decrease heat and continue to simmer for 6-7 minutes. Put it in a sieve and rinse thoroughly with cold water. After rinsing, drain water completely. Pu in a bowl with your favorite soup base.
