Ingredients: Miso paste: soybean paste 68% (water, rice, soy, salt), water, alcohol, sugar, seaweed extract, salt. Side dishes: seaweed, fried tofu 3% (soybeans, palm oil, firming agent E511 E516 E575), yeast extract powder, sugar, spring onion, dried bonito powder, salt.
Preparation instructions: Place fresh miso paste and kisuki in a bowl. Add 160ml of hot water, more or less according to taste. Stir until the miso paste is completely dissolved.
